Postal Penny is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Postal Penny is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Postal Penny is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
